Dessert- Quark creme pudding

Once every two weeks I go eating with my parents and every time I make a dessert. If I skip one time there are five sad faces looking my way so this is going to be a long tradition. :)

Yesterday I made a quark creme pudding. I first made the quark-lemon creme and then put it in the vreezer.  After it its frozen I got it out like a popsicle, this didn't go so easy as I thought it would, next time I need to use silicon forms I guess.

Once it was out of the form I dipped it in some fig jam to get a nice sweet glace over it.

Then it only needed to thaw to get an nice temperature and there it was. Some nice quark creme puddings.
They were quite nice. The sour from the quark and lemon mixed pretty good with the sweetness of the fig jam. This is certainly a recipe to make again.

Recipe is from the book : Patisserie from Christophe Felder
